Biography
The North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters represents nearly 27,000 union members and their families from 39 locals in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
We are chartered by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (UBC), one of North America’s first unions, and still one of its most vibrant. The UBC represents more than half of a million Carpenters, Floor Coverers, Lathers, Millwrights, Pile Drivers and Industrial workers in the United States and Canada.

(AET), a leading provider of geotechnical, environmental, and forensic engineering; materials engineering and testing, petrography/chemistry services, and building sciences, announced today the acquisition of Northern Technologies, LLC (NTI), an engineering firm with complementary service lines. Effective February 28, 2022, staff from all NTI offices will become part of the AET team.
