Location: BAC Training Center 5420 International Parkway New Hope, MN 55428 Description: Attendees will receive information about Cast Stone and how it is made, testing requirements, applications, design recommendations and how it differs from related materials. The sustainable attributes of Cast Stone will also be reviewed. Attendees will be able to understand appropriate specification of cast stone for architectural applications. Learning Objectives: Gain a clear understanding of Cast Stone: how it is produced and how it differs from associated materials. Learn the various applications of Cast Stone for residential, commercial, municipal, educational structures and other uses. Understand design recommendations as well as anchoring details. Have a knowledge of inherent sustainable attributes of Cast Stone and LEED®.
