One of the benefits that MC&MCA offers to its union contractor members is the ability to become signatory to the collective bargaining agreements by using the MC&MCA To Be Bound form.  Generally, these forms are renewed each time negotiations conclude.  If you would like to use the To Be Bound form and have not completed one, it can be found here: To Be Bound Form.
